CCC Business Directory (“we,” “us,” “the Directory”) is an initiative of Connect Circle Community, a community platform operated by Love After Forty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how Love After Forty Ltd collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use cccbusinessdirectory.co.ke (“the Site”).

Business Listing Information
Contact person name, business name, location, services offered, business description, phone number, email address, website and social media links, logos and photographs submitted when creating a business listing.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card or mobile money details. Payment information is handled by Paystack in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and security standards.
Reviews
Ratings and written reviews you submit, linked to your account.
Automatically Collected Information
Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, used for security, analytics and site performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Display your approved business listing in the directory.
- Process payments for listing activation, renewals and featured listings.
- Send transactional communications, including approval notices, payment receipts and renewal reminders.

Public Listings
Business information submitted for your listing, including your business name, category, location, services, description, contact details, website and photographs, may be displayed publicly once approved.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paystack. We share only the information necessary to process your transaction.
Connect Circle Community and Love After Forty Ltd
As described in your listing consent, your business information may also be featured within the Connect Circle Marketplace, other Connect Circle Community platforms, Love After Forty Ltd platforms and affiliated social media channels for networking and promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including SSL encryption, firewall protection and regular backups.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
